- Develops, evaluates, and updates individualized plans for patients and documents outcomes.
- Initiates patient outreach, identifies, and documents patient/family/significant other needs and makes appropriate interventions, evaluating outcomes of interventions.
- Safety/Quality
- Fosters a 'Culture of Safety' through personal ownership and commitment to a safe environment.
- Verifies patient identification with two identifiers prior to the start of any procedure, including administration of care, medications, labeled specimens, and documents confirming the correct patient, procedure, site, equipment, and consent.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
- Previous Ambulatory Care RN experience preferred.
- RN - Registered Nurse licensure.
- BLS – Basic Life Support certification.
