Dermatology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced dermatology specialist to join our team at Sinclair Dermatology. As a dermatology specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with a range of skin conditions, including skin cancers, skin disorders, and hair disorders.

• Consult with patients to diagnose and treat skin conditions, including skin cancers and skin disorders.
• Perform non-invasive procedures, such as biopsies and excisions.
• Discuss skin health with patients and provide personalized advice on skin care and treatment options.
• Work collaboratively with our team of nurses, reception, admin, and managers to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as an empathetic demeanor.
• Be patient-focused and willing to supervise and mentor more junior colleagues.
• Be willing to refer patients to relevant clinical trials, where appropriate.

• Completed a minimum of one year dermatology training in Australia or an equivalent international program, in line with fulfilling requirements of the competent authority pathway to enable APHRA registration.
• 6+ years of practicing as a dermatologist, either in Australia or an equivalent jurisdiction.
• Subspecialty experience in the treatment of hair disorders, including Androgenetic Alopecia, Alopecia Areata, CCA, FDS, DLE, and most up-to-date treatments such as PRP and medication regimes.
• Remuneration package will be based on experience and full employment benefits and entitlements provided.
• Additional requirements: immediate start and willingness to travel between clinic locations.
