  • Providing visionary leadership that empowers your team to excel in delivering quality care and services that make a meaningful impact.
  • Developing team members' skills and knowledge by aligning them with the Aged Care Quality Standards framework.
  • Maintaining the Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) and ensuring timely submission of Government NQIP program data as per Bupa's guidelines.
  • Coordinating monthly audits under the Operations Essential audit program to ensure seamless operations.
  • Delivering exceptional clinical care for residents, encompassing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor of Nursing degree along with current APHRA registration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and delegation skills.
  • A genuine passion for development, training, and education.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Aged Care and Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, implementing, and maintaining high-quality clinical care, coaching, and training.
