About this role:
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal part in driving category leadership and digital shelf excellence.

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager - eCommerce to join us on an exciting journey to elevate visibility, relevance, and conversion across digital touchpoints.

In this challenging role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing eCategory strategies tailored to each retailer's digital ecosystem. You will also shape assortment and placement recommendations across all active categories and channels, leveraging data and insights to identify growth drivers and improve category penetration and shopper conversion online.

To succeed in this position, you will need excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are also essential, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency between in-store and online execution.

About you:
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing / commerce economics / business (or equivalent)
  • 3-5 years' experience in Category Management, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or Retail.
  • Consumer-First and Category-First mindset
