Talent International is seeking an experienced Data Insights and Reporting Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Office of Agency Accessibility and Inclusion (OAAI) Branch, you will be responsible for managing data and reporting insights to support our agency's goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage data collection, quality, and reporting processes for OAAI teams
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Design and create accessible reporting and information for senior leaders
- Collaborate with data and reporting functions to share information, tools, and systems
- Convert information into consumable data for our Enterprise Data Warehouse
- Previous experience as a data analyst, reporting analyst, or similar
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capability to collect, gather, and transform data into usable insights
- Experience with Microsoft Power applications, Power BI, SQL, and other data analysis tools
- Strong attention to detail in producing reporting artifacts
- Ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders to collect data and create reporting artefacts
