Job Overview

The position of Physiotherapist is available in a dynamic and supportive environment where you will have the opportunity to work with clients requiring acute or rehabilitation services in the comfort of their own homes.

As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for managing a caseload primarily comprising orthopaedic patients with growth areas in musculoskeletal and cardiology. You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide clinical physiotherapy services using evidence-based practice skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-quality assessments and deliver treatments tailored to individual patient needs, including hydrotherapy as required.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to a positive working environment.
  • Utilize evidence-based outcome measures and patient feedback to inform treatment plans and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Participate in weekend rosters and complete administrative tasks arising from each session, including liaison with administration teams and reporting statistical data.
  • Attend professional development sessions and contribute to staff meetings, maintaining and strengthening your expertise through ongoing learning and development.

To be successful in this role, you will hold registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Physiotherapist and possess senior clinical experience and leadership in clinical practice within a healthcare setting.
