As a Physiotherapist at Konekt Workcare, you will be responsible for evaluating treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries. You will conduct assessments, such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics, and activities of daily living.
You will also be conducting specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate customers, helping clients identify future employment or training options, and being responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal.

Our team has a diverse perspective of the industry, working with various workplaces including government, mining, retail, emergency services, manufacturing, transport, security, hospitality, and labour hire.
Job DescriptionOur Physiotherapist role involves:
- Evaluating treatment and rehabilitation needs of workers with work-related or non-work-related injuries.
- Conducting assessments, such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics, and activities of daily living.
- Conducting specialist functional and pre-employment assessments for corporate customers.
- Helping clients identify future employment or training options.
- Being responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goal.
Key qualifications include:
- A degree in Physiotherapy.
- Eligibility for AHPRA accreditation upon graduating.
- Graduation within the last 12 months or graduating in 2025.
- Eligibility to be Comcare accredited (desirable).
- A current Working with Children Check and a pre-employment national criminal check.
- A full drivers' license.
