About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) with current experience in commercial, industrial, or special-purpose valuations to join our Sydney Commercial team at Acumentis.

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality commercial property valuations to our clients. With a strong administration support system in place, you will be able to hit the ground running and take advantage of growing volumes and a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality commercial property valuations to clients

Requirements:

  • Current Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) qualification
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • API membership
  • Working knowledge of the greater Sydney commercial property market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
