We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team as a Team Leader, focusing on Paediatric and Mixed Caseloads in various locations across Melbourne.

**Salary:** $80,000 - $120,000 based on experience, with opportunities for growth and development.

Job Description:

As a Speech Pathologist at Henderson Healthcare, you will work closely with children and their families, addressing a range of paediatric conditions, including GDD, ASD, ADHD, syndromes, developmental delay, and mental health issues. You will be responsible for providing one-on-one therapy sessions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and working in clinic-based settings and offsite locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement family-centred practice approaches
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, schools, and community organizations
  • Provide high-quality clinical services, ensuring neuroaffirming and inclusive practices
