Electrical Planning and Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical and Infrastructure Planning Specialist to join our Maintenance Planning team. This role is based at Sunrise Dam Gold Mine Processing Plant, where you will be accountable to the Maintenance Planning Superintendent.
As an Electrical and Infrastructure Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in developing executable work packages and supporting the implementation of asset management strategies.
Key Accountabilities:- Liaise with maintenance coordinators and superintendents to develop high-quality work packages.
- Support the development and implementation of effective maintenance planning for all equipment and associated systems.
- Improve workforce productivity and quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through quality planning.
- Ensure timely, efficient, and quality maintenance services as a liaison between Maintenance, Operations, and other supported departments.
- Support operations in balancing daily output with equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Optimise preventive maintenance and condition monitoring schedules and procedures.
- Plan and prepare all maintenance execution documents (work orders, specifications, procedures/instructions, purchase orders, service contracts, task schedules etc.).
- Develop maintenance standard jobs and weekly maintenance schedules.
- Chair scheduling meetings aligned to meeting agendas.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers for the provision of supplies and services.
- Maintain master data integrity by ensuring accuracy of SAP catalogue and Bill of Materials.
- Substantial planning experience (SAP).
- Experience in the maintenance of industrial processing equipment.
- Mining industry experience.
- Exposure to project scheduling software.
- Educational background in electrical engineering.
- Valid WA 'C' Class Driver's License.
