Dental Implant Specialist Opportunity in Melbourne

This role offers a unique opportunity for a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (or equivalent) degree to join our dynamic team at Next Smile Australia. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dental care to our patients and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients. They will also have excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to diagnose and treat a range of dental conditions. Additionally, they will be dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental techniques and technologies.
Our practice is largely focused on the Allon4 Dental Implants, as well as supporting our growing general patient base. You will have the opportunity to work closely with Dr Larry Benge and Dr Lauren Fowler during Allon4 surgery, scrubbing in for surgery on a regular basis. We also offer access to ongoing training and development with our partners at Nobel Biocare, Kerr, Spark, and many more.
About this role:
- Performing a range of general dental procedures, including examinations, preventative treatments, restorations, and other procedures within your scope of practice
- Large focus on Allon4 Dental Implant maintenance, repairs, upgrade of Allon4 Prosthesis, and work-ups for Allon4 surgery
- Supporting with the restorative phase of the All-on-4 treatment and working closely with our lab technicians
- Developing treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and preferences
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (or equivalent) degree
- Full-time position, including Saturdays in the new year
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care and a genuine interest in dental implants and the restorative aspects of the Allon4 dental implant process
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to diagnose and treat a range of dental conditions
- Dedication to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental techniques and technologies
- Registration with the Dental Board of Australia (or eligible for registration)
