Job Title: Training Officer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Training Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, HRWL FL & EWP tickets, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

The successful candidate will work on maintaining appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with national, corporate, and legislative standards.

In addition, they will provide continuous support, guidance, and direction to personnel and contractors for all training requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Maintain quality of INX training data and provide LMS support when required.">
  3. Conduct and review in conjunction with site Health & Safety and training teams departmental training needs analysis.">
  4. Continually monitor and manage training requirements of all personnel to ensure skills requirements are met.">
  5. Provide high-quality training to all personnel.">
  6. Maintain accurate records of all training, inductions, and assessments conducted using the appropriate systems.">
  7. Implement and maintain training needs and gap analysis, in conjunction with relevant supervisors and stakeholders.">
  8. Support coordination of verification of competency process including High Risk Work Licences and Nationally Accredited qualifications.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – TAE 40122.">
  • HRWL FL & EWP tickets.">
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.">
  • Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety.">
  • Working knowledge of Mines Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations.">
  • Familiarity with INX database modules such as InTuition.">
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels.">
  • Effective delivery of training materials to crews.">
  • Mining technology and heavy production equipment.">
