- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and community stakeholders
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated clinical experience in a primary care or similar setting
- Strong commitment to integrating Aboriginal values in practice and delivering culturally sensitive care
- Ability to work effectively in a remote area environment
