As a key customer representative, you will ensure exceptional service in each interaction. You will work within a friendly and inclusive team, managing day-to-day enquiries and being the face of our company for valued customer accounts.

**Your Responsibilities:

- follow-up on quotations and inquiries converting these into sales opportunities - collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, warehouse and sales departments, to ensure customer expectations are met - nurture and grow relationships with customers to uncover new business and sales opportunities - continuously look at new ways of improving the customer experience.

**Key Requirements:

- strong customer focus and willingness to grow and develop yourself in the role - experience working in a customer service environment - high attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously - excellent communication and interpersonal skills - confidence to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
