Customer Service and Sales Professional

As a key customer representative, you will ensure exceptional service in each interaction. You will work within a friendly and inclusive team, managing day-to-day enquiries and being the face of our company for valued customer accounts.
With the support of an experienced team, you will be given every opportunity to further develop your career in customer service or sales with us. You will have access to health and wellbeing initiatives, including employment assistance programs and ongoing learning, support and training.
**Your Responsibilities:
- follow-up on quotations and inquiries converting these into sales opportunities - collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, warehouse and sales departments, to ensure customer expectations are met - nurture and grow relationships with customers to uncover new business and sales opportunities - continuously look at new ways of improving the customer experience.
**Key Requirements:
- strong customer focus and willingness to grow and develop yourself in the role - experience working in a customer service environment - high attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously - excellent communication and interpersonal skills - confidence to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
