Job Title: Pca Support Workers

Description:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate support workers to join our team. As a pca support worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes or community settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to clients with daily living activities such as eating, dressing, bathing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with transportation to appointments and outings.
  • Provide respite care to clients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care plans and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the care team.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of high school education or equivalent.
  • Certificate 3 or 4 in individual support or willingness to work towards completion.
  • Lived experience or paid experience working with people with disability.
