We are seeking a highly skilled Design Draftsperson to join our team in Kurri Kurri, with a hybrid working setup. As a Design Draftsperson, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs, specifications, and drawings for both stationary and mobile machinery construction.

• Develop comprehensive design specifications and drawings for machinery construction
• Ensure adherence to the Design Quality Plan (DQP) for all drafting activities
• Review and approve the work of other draftspersons against DQP standards
• Manage the drafting workflow, including prioritization and resource allocation
• Lead safety initiatives and maintain a high standard of safety and health for all

• Minimum 8 years' experience in an engineering design drafting role
• Thorough knowledge of AS1100 drawing standards
• Skilled in engineering design and drafting
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the use of AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS
• A practical understanding of typical materials handling and pumping systems
