Structural Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our Buildings Team in Wagga Wagga.

This is an excellent chance to connect with our global team of experts within a large and well-established international consultancy, giving you the opportunity to leverage your skills across a balance of technical work, project management and client relationships.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and inspect buildings, conduct assessments and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate with architects, project managers, building services and civil engineers in multidisciplinary teams delivering iconic projects.
  • Manage projects and lead teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Participate in projects from conception through to final design and construction surveillance.

Requirements:

  • A relevant university degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering.
  • 3-6 years' industry experience as a Structural Engineer, with specific depth of experience in building design projects in a consulting environment.
  • Experience utilising a broad range of skills across various types of buildings and materials.
  • Membership of Engineers Australia and working towards CPEng and NER registration is desirable.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Australian Building Codes and Standards.
