About the Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team in Canberra. As a passionate professional, you will play a vital role in servicing and supporting clients' needs within the community, catering to individuals aged 0-65 years.
You will have the flexibility to create a schedule that suits your needs and priorities, while enjoying the support of an experienced team and access to comprehensive PD resources to enhance your clinical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech pathology services to clients in their homes, workplaces, schools, or other community settings.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address clients' communication needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Conduct assessments, interventions, and consultations as required.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
- Current SPA registration.
- Demonstrated expertise in various clinical skills.
- Patient-focused and service-oriented approach.
- Exceptional documentation and time management skills.
- Able to build a loyal caseload and balance mentoring responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
