Airport Security Officer

Job Description

This is a key role within our airport operations team. As an Airport Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our airport facilities and staff.

You will provide administrative support to the National Security Manager and assist in the management of security identification services (ID Access requests, onboarding, offboarding at Port level).

You will also be responsible for assisting in the compliance of National Criminal History checks and conducting monthly security audits.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require strong attention to detail and experience in a similar administrative support role.

Experience in CCTV systems and access control systems would be advantageous, as would experience using an EDMS - Electronic Document Management System.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under conflicting time pressures.
