Job Summary:

We're seeking a motivated Casual Sales Assistant to join our passionate team at Woden. As a key contributor to our sales and service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, expanding your knowledge of products, and maintaining high standards of stock management and visual merchandising.

About You:

  • You have a strong focus on providing world-class customer service.
  • You are eager to continually expand your knowledge of our products and become a tea and brewing expert.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and can work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • You are self-motivated, ready to learn, and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic team.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is advantageous, but not essential.

About the Role:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction is memorable and positive.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our extensive range of teas and brewing methods.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure visually appealing store displays.
  • Ensure your own health and safety and that of others by adhering to T2 Tea's safety policies and procedures.

Estimated Salary:$55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary package, recognizing the value you bring to our team.
