Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Site Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day site activities across multiple commercial projects in the Sydney CBD.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for supervising trades, coordinating site logistics, managing subcontractors, and driving project delivery with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

  • Oversee all on-site activities, including formwork, reo, and concrete pours.
  • Lead site teams and subcontractors to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Develop and communicate daily programs and task sequencing.
  • Manage site logistics, materials, plant, and labour efficiently.
  • Complete daily diaries, ITPs, QA/QC documentation, and photographic records.
  • Conduct daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and safety walks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager for resource and project planning.
  • Proactive approach to safety, compliance, and quality control.
  • Strong skills in reading and executing construction drawings.
  • Background: Concrete, formwork Rio, technical pours.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in concrete sector.
  • Clear communicator and natural team leader.
  • Willingness to get hands-on when needed.
