Job Description
  • Develop, coordinate, and manage sports programs including planning, organization, and evaluation.

  • Collaborate with teachers, coaches, and other staff members to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
  • Manage attendance, progress, and achievement records.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of sports programs, ensuring alignment with school policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and staff members.
  • Coach, mentor, and guide students to achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in secondary teaching or sports coordination, preferably in a Christian education setting.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
