Classroom Educator

We are seeking a qualified Classroom Teacher to join our team at McAuley Catholic College. As a key member of our educational community, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student growth and well-being.
- Assess and provide constructive feedback to students, parents, and colleagues to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum programs that meet the needs of our students.
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and best practices in education to ensure our students receive the best possible education.
- Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching qualification.
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) and/or Working with Children's Check (WWCC) registrations.
- Teaching Quality Institute (TQI) accreditation and/or NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation.
- Proven knowledge of the Australian Curriculum and ability to design and implement effective teaching and learning programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a professional learning community.
- Ability to create a supportive and safe learning environment that meets the needs of diverse students.
- Comprehensive understanding of assessment and reporting strategies to provide effective feedback to students and parents.
