Retail Sales Team Associate

We are a dynamic retail team that values individual style, teamwork, authenticity, adaptability and a desire to exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a superior customer experience for each person who walks through our store.
- Ensure our stores are open and ready to be shopped by customers.
- Manage the movement of stock, optimise sales, file and tidy the shopfloor and get the store set up for promotions and sales.
- Work with the store team to maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and be able to research and describe product features and benefits.
- Recommend, select and help locate products based on customer needs or desires.
- Support the store leadership team with assigned tasks in line with departmental expectations.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to your management team immediately to ensure a safe workplace.
- Previous experience in a customer-service role is highly desirable.
- A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task to provide service for multiple customers.
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to store operations and a personable approach with customers.
