Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR professional to join our Mungari Operations, working within an established People & Culture Team focused on our underground operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic support to the business, leveraging their technical skills and experience in human resources to drive business outcomes.

This role offers opportunities for professional development and career growth, with a focus on delivering best-practice solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

About the Role:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of employment law, including Fair Work legislation and workplace investigations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention, aligned with Evolution's Values of Safety, Excellence, Accountability and Respect.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the mining operations to identify and address talent management needs, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Human Resources generalist or Business Partner role, with a strong background in employee relations and performance management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting workplace investigations and managing performance issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
