As a Welcome Ambassador you'll create lasting impressions by providing genuine and charming experiences for our guests.

This role is about being an integral contributor to delivering exceptional visits and fostering strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • You'll have the attitude, behavior, and integrity of a truly special host.
  • A minimum of one year's experience within the front office or reception team will be highly valued.
  • You'll have the availability to work a rotating roster.
  • You'll know Opera PMS like the back of your hand.
  • You'll also either have a great foundation of knowledge regarding the location or be a quick learner and willing to explore and discover its natural beauty.
