Job Title: Performance Assurance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Assurance Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing several Australian customer mine sites, as assigned to you.

Your primary responsibility is to regularly review the usage and status of Modular products deployed at these sites. By collaborating closely with customers, you will identify improvement opportunities based on your findings. Your ultimate goal is to optimize fleet usage, enhance production efficiency, and achieve cost savings.

This is a full-time position that requires up to 25% travel, typically one week per month. The main office is located in Milton QLD, and the role involves working in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Customers: Establish a strong working relationship with customers. Leverage your expertise in mining production operations, mine planning, grade control, and statistical data analytics to drive effective internal communication.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize your knowledge of Modular Mining's Dispatch and other products to provide valuable insights. Work alongside a team of PA Engineers to analyze data and create visualizations that effectively communicate improvement strategies to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Modular product developments. Engage with other departments to conduct regular reviews with customers, focusing on their ongoing action items log (JoiFUL). Identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimization Expertise: Leverage your understanding of production scheduling and optimization techniques. Maximize material movement within the customer site's primary haulage fleet.
