About You

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reception and Sales Assistant. The successful candidate will have a Certificate in Business Administration or relevant industry experience.

Position Summary

This role involves providing administrative support to our sales agents, coordinating communications, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for receiving and directing phone calls, managing email correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to sales agents, including coordinating communications and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage email correspondence, including responding to customer inquiries and forwarding messages to relevant staff members.
  • Maintain accurate records, including property listings, sales data, and customer information.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, receiving and sending messenger/courier items, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a similar environment, preferably in real estate or customer service.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients and staff members.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
