Occupational Therapist Career Starter

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Newcastle/Hunter Valley Region.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a new graduate or experienced OT to work with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, in various settings such as homes, schools, and community programs.

You will have the chance to work independently while receiving support and guidance from our experienced team members. As a valued member of our team, you will have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong passion for delivering high-quality occupational therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver assessments and interventions to clients aged 0-65 in various settings.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve client goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
What We're Looking For:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy + AHPRA registration (or pending).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
