About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Expert to join our team at Just Jeans. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and customer-focused individual to work in a dynamic environment, delivering exceptional sales experiences and driving business results.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to understand and connect with customers, providing tailored product recommendations and driving sales growth. They will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards, processing stock efficiently, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve store targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, building rapport and trust with customers to drive sales and increase customer loyalty
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of denim products, including styles, features, and benefits, to provide informed recommendations to customers
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained, showcasing products in an attractive and appealing manner
  • Process stock accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and minimizing stock loss
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store targets, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive sales growth and improve overall performance
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment
  • Strong product knowledge, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail when processing stock and performing other tasks
