About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Trainer to join our team. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for providing support and mentoring to students throughout their learning journey. You will design and deliver dynamic and energetic training using up-to-date technology, and implement training strategies that provide positive outcomes for disadvantaged groups and promote access and equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and mentoring to students throughout their learning journey
- Design and deliver dynamic and energetic training using up-to-date technology
- Implement training strategies that provide positive outcomes for disadvantaged groups and promote access and equity
- Ability to build capacity through training of young people and lessen the barriers to employment and empower learners to actively participate in developing a transition plan that they understand
- Committed to our goal of making sure that young people graduating are ready to move into open employment or further education opportunities
Requirements
- Experience working with people with disability
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and from different cultural backgrounds
- High level of written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and deadlines
