Pet Care and Wellness Sales Professional

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Pet Care and Wellness Specialist. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and advice on pet health, nutrition, and wellness products.
About the Role- Provide knowledgeable and caring advice to customers on pet care and wellness products
- Build relationships with customers and offer warm, genuine service
- Keep the store organised and shelves well-stocked (some heavy lifting required)
- Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases
- Natural love for animals and people
- Passion for customer service
- Friendly, patient, and eager to help
- Team player
- Previous experience in retail or other customer service role is desirable
- Organised and detail-oriented
