We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil and Infrastructure Estimator to join our team in Adelaide. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Civil and Infrastructure estimating and demonstrate a proactive approach to the role.

The Senior Civil and Infrastructure Estimator will be responsible for delivering both pre and post contract estimating duties, including project estimates, cost control, value management, and tender analysis. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of civil construction and estimating/technical skills, as well as practical knowledge.

Key attributes and skill sets for this role include:

  • Relevant industry experience in civil estimating and allied sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction and estimating/technical skills.
  • Experience in South Australia and/or throughout Australia.
  • Established relationships with clients, designers, specialist contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider Civil Estimating Team.
  • Ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior estimators.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative thought process for best fit cost options and strategies.
  • Ability to measure in detail and accurately and prepare estimates by first principle estimating.
