Goodstart Early Learning Seaford Rise is a leading provider of high-quality early learning and care services in the south of Adelaide. Our centre is licensed for 90 children, catering to all early learning age groups from 6 weeks to 5 years.
SalaryWe offer an attractive salary package, with rates at least 7% above the award rate.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced early learning professional to advance their career, sharpen their leadership skills, and contribute to building a thriving business as our Assistant Director. You will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations, and collaborating with our dedicated leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
- Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
- Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma or bachelor's in early childhood education
- A current Working with Children Check, or be willing to obtain one
- Experience with leading and managing change within education, health, or community services
- Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
