Territory Manager

At Cleanaway, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships within the construction and demolition industry, driving growth by implementing strategic sales initiatives and promoting our sustainable waste management solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with a strong passion for sales to make a tangible impact. You will be responsible for engaging in face-to-face new business development activities to expand our client base, cultivating strong and lasting relationships with current and prospective customers, crafting and executing sales strategies that propel sales growth and market penetration, and delivering timely and accurate reports on business activities within your territory.
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach to diverse stakeholders, demonstrated success in a similar sales role with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, a valid driver's license, and access to a reliable vehicle. You will also be resilient, persistent, and have exceptional account management abilities, with the capability to work autonomously, manage time efficiently, and foster solid client relationships.
