Experienced Dental Practice Operations Director

eDental is a family owned and operated general dental practice located in the Karrinyup Shopping Centre. Through our two clinics, we have been serving the Perth community (and beyond) for more than 30 years, and are still striving for growth.
Our team is highly reputed for our exceptional patient care, customer service, and quality dental treatments. With access to the latest in dental technology such as Trios, laser, 3D printers, milling machines, 3D radiography (CBCT), and intravenous sedation, our clinicians offer the gold standard in clinical treatments.

**Practice Manager Role:**
As the Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of an eight-surgery clinic and its laboratory. You will leverage your experience in dentistry or practice management to improve systems and protocols, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and contribute to the clinic's growth through marketing initiatives and community engagement. Exceptional people management skills are essential to lead, inspire, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment among clinicians and staff.
About You:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong administrative, organizational, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to learn quickly, provide accurate information, and demonstrate initiative
- Knowledge of D4W, EFTPOS, Medicare, DVA, and private health billing
- Proactivity and a drive to grow the business
- Experience in training, development, and supporting a growing dental practice
- Previous experience as a front office coordinator or in a leadership role in a dental environment is highly regarded
About the Clinic:
The clinic utilizes the latest digital dentistry technology, including 3D x-ray imaging, digital scanners, laser, milling, 3D printing, digital design, D4W, digital x-ray, CBCT, and HiCAPS systems. We offer preventative, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry services. We are preferred providers for major health funds such as HBF, NIB, CBHS, and Smile, and are registered with Medicare.
