{"Role Overview": "We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Classroom Teacher to join our vibrant and diverse school community at St Joseph's Primary School.

As a Classroom Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a rich learning environment that fosters the growth and development of our students. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and teaching strategies
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation
* Assess and report student progress to parents and colleagues
* Participate in professional learning and development to enhance teaching practices

Requirements:

* Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration
* Commitment to professional learning and ongoing improvement
* Familiarity with legal obligations relating to child safety and commitment to our Child Safe policies and procedures
* Commitment to Catholic Education and the mission of the Catholic Church
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
* Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school
