Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging programs that promote children's learning and development.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive environment.
- Manage compliance documents and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth operation.
- Mentor and support a team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry.
- Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA recognised qualification.
- Employee Working with Children's Check and Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate.
- Valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and Food Handling certificate.
