About Us

We are currently seeking skilled Cleaning Team Members to join our dynamic team at Macarthur Square shopping centre site.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and are passionate about making a difference.

Our available rosters include:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm - FULL TIME
  • Wednesday to Sunday: 11:00am to 3:00pm - PART TIME
  • Monday and Tuesday: 11:00am to 3:00pm - PART TIME
About the Role

The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring our facilities are clean, safe and well-maintained. This will involve working independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess prior commercial or retail cleaning experience (on-the-job training will be provided) and have a good understanding of chemical handling procedures and proper cleaning techniques.

You will also require knowledge of and commitment to safe working practices, physical fitness to carry out standard duties and ability to work flexible hours and public holidays.

Requirements
  • Be well presented, proactive and able to work independently
  • Prior commercial or retail cleaning experience preferred
  • An understanding of chemical handling procedures and proper cleaning techniques (or willingness to learn)
  • Cleaning Machinery experience (scrubbing, buffing, car park sweeper) preferred
  • Good knowledge of and commitment to safe working practices
  • Be physically fit to carry out standard duties and able to walk for lengthy periods
  • Good listening skills and ability to follow instructions
  • Be able to communicate in verbal and written English
  • Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays
  • Must have valid work rights in Australia
