Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled leader to manage a dynamic cleaning team based at the Holsworthy Barracks in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will provide proficient and professional support to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage a small team to achieve outstanding results and provide guidance and support to optimize performance.
- Develop schedules for scheduled and reactive cleaning requirements to meet client expectations.
- Oversee front-of-house office operations for accommodation bookings and general inquiries.
- Ensure up-to-date cleaning processes and procedures are maintained and reviewed regularly.

We are looking for an individual with the following skills and qualifications:
">- Ability to work autonomously and successfully manage a small team.
- Previous experience in housekeeping management.
- Australian citizenship is required.
- Must be able to pass a police clearance check.
- Functional medical certificate with drug and alcohol test results.
