CPAP Consultant

CLM Sleep Co. Pty Ltd is a leading sleep apnea solutions provider, dedicated to helping individuals suffering from sleep apnea achieve quality sleep. Our team of experts works closely with patients to tailor a treatment plan that suits their needs, utilizing the latest sleep science and technology.

We are seeking a highly skilled CPAP Consultant to join our team. As a CPAP Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting our sleep consulting team in the day-to-day operations of our outlet, providing consultancy services, and advising customers on OSA issues. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting operational objectives, and submitting monthly sales data reports.

• Assist the sleep consulting team in the day-to-day operations of the outlet
• Provide consultancy services and advise customers on OSA issues
• Provide exceptional customer service, meeting operational objectives
• Submit monthly sales data reports
• Perform office sleep study setups for patients as and when required
• Drive product sales and consults by increasing conversion rates of Sleep Study patients towards PAP Trial
• Ensure the submission of the necessary supporting documents in relation to all diagnostic setups

• Minimum 2 years work experience
• At least 1 year in a sales or customer service role within a sleep-related or pharmaceutical industry
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated drive to work in a retail environment with a sales-focused reward outcome
• Self-driven to achieving a high level of performance through commitment and efficiency in work processes
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Reliable with an ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Resourceful, mature, and possess a positive attitude towards problem-solving
