About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Receptionist to join our team at Google's Sydney office. As the initial point of contact for all client employee inquiries, issues, and feedback, you will play a pivotal role in providing a welcoming experience for our team, clients, and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a sense of hospitality and create a welcoming environment at work for our team, clients, and guests.
  • Manage visitor and temporary access passes.
  • Provide assistance in administrative activities relevant to Facilities Operations.
  • Plan and support guest experiences by creating memorable interactions for clients, guests, and visitors.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
  • A strong commitment to the highest level of customer service.
  • 1-3+ years proven work experience in a related field such as hospitality, administration, facility/property management, business operations.
  • Organisation, time management, prioritising, and the ability to handle a varied workload.
  • Communication and influencing skills with the ability to develop relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and management in person and in writing.
