We are seeking a motivated and friendly Part-Time Public Area Attendant to join our team at The Sebel Noosa, a luxurious resort nestled between Main Beach and the Noosa River.

About the Role:

  • Carry out various cleaning duties in all internal and external public areas of the property, achieving established standards of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitisation and presentation.
  • Provide concierge services to guests and residents as required, including carrying guests' bags, key security, and distribution of deliveries and amenities.
  • Ensure the safe use of specialised chemicals and equipment.
  • Shifts include 6:00am-2:30pm or 12:00pm-6:00pm on a rotating roster, with opportunities for set days after training and settling in.

About You:

  • You will be physically fit and willing to go the extra mile to provide a memorable guest experience.
  • You will be a clear communicator, able to speak, understand, read and write in English.
  • You will be reliable, with a customer-focused attitude and driven to exceed guest and resident expectations.
  • You will be a fast learner, comfortable working unsupervised.
  • You will hold valid Australian working rights.
