Seeking dedicated and skilled professionals to fill multiple positions at our cafe in City Cross food court.

We have openings for:

  • Baristas: If you have a passion for coffee, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love engaging with customers, this role is for you.
  • Customer Service Specialists: If you love making others smile, are outgoing and confident, and will provide exceptional customer service, this role is for you.

To be successful as a Barista, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 6 months Barista experience
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required
  • A positive attitude and confidence to engage with customers
  • Ability to work as a team, completing general duties such as serving salads and soups
  • An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

To be successful as a Customer Service Specialist, you'll need:

  • An approachable demeanor and good communication skills
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required
  • Good attention to detail and cash handling skills
  • An understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and other menu items
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business goals

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 6 months Barista experience (or equivalent)
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Customer Service experience (1 year or more)
