Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care, working collaboratively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Establish and evaluate patient care plans, in partnership with patients, carers, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, carers, and colleagues, demonstrating the core nursing values of patient-centered care, trust, and respect.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
