• Manage Priorities: Effectively manage your responsibilities, ensuring that residents' needs are met and incidents are reported and addressed promptly.
• Implement Programs for Special Needs: Create and implement specialized programs to cater to the unique needs of some residents, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
• Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
