We're searching for energetic and passionate Food Runners to bring their energy and passion for hospitality to our dynamic team.

Join us in delivering an out-of-this-world experience to our guests, serving them with a smile and ensuring they have an excellent time.

The role involves working as part of a collaborative team environment, bringing our unique Black Star Pastry experience to the community.

On offer will be the full range of our signature cakes, together with all of our other yummy treats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by being friendly, attentive, and responsive to guest needs.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing orders efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of quality and presentation in our products.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in food preparation, customer service, and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or customer-facing position is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet business demands.
  • Available to commit to a regular roster to ensure seamless service delivery.
