Fashion Forward Eye Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Optical Dispenser and Keyholder. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and delivering outstanding customer service.
Your primary focus will be on dispensing lenses and frames according to prescriptions provided by our Optometrists, while also building meaningful relationships with our clients that gives them a reason to visit us again.
You will also assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both staff and clients.
- Providing eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clientele.
- Dispensing lenses and frames per prescriptions provided by our Optometrists.
- Building meaningful relationships with our clientele that gives them a reason to visit us again.
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
1+ years experience in optical, or 2+ years retail sales experience.
Previously entrusted with store opening/closing duties.
Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
Confident, clear and effective communication skills.
Capable of building trusting and respectful relationships.
Self-motivated, positive and friendly manner.
Optical Dispensing Certificate IV is highly desired, but not essential.
