">Salary
">The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
">Job Description
">We are looking for a skilled Spray Painter with a background in body building/refinishing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing parts and surfaces for painting or coating, applying rust proof undercoats and primers, and identifying and touching up any defective areas. You will also be required to safely use spray paint tools and equipment, including spray guns, paint shakers, and pressure pots.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
">- ">
- A Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology (AUR32420) or equivalent;">
- Previous experience in spray painting and panel/body repairs on heavy vehicles;">
- Assessing damaged vehicles with advice on quoting and timeframes for repairs;">
- Quality assurance and commissioning of finished repairs;">
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;">
- An MR licence is preferred but not mandatory.">
