  • Provide exceptional customer service by helping customers select and purchase musical instruments and equipment
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including musical instruments, equipment, and accessories
  • Assist customers with product demonstrations, trials, and rentals
  • Process sales and rental transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and storage areas
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an inviting shopping experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Must be a musician with a strong passion for music and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in music or a related field an asset
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field an asset
